At Pawible Portraits, we take pride in crafting personalized products that celebrate the unique bond between you and your cherished pet. Our creations are thoughtfully designed to capture this special connection, which is why we're unable to accept returns on our custom artwork.
However, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you happen to receive an item with an incorrect size, print, or any damage caused during transit, we will send you a replacement with no additional cost to you. Kindly let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you.
Furthermore, to ensure that you won't need to return a piece designed by Pawsible Portraits, we take it upon ourselves to offer unlimited tweaks to the original image you provided. Our goal is to achieve that paw-fect portrait that you'll absolutely love. These revisions are intended for minor changes to the artwork.
If you need a significant modification, such as using a new photo, you are allowed to change the photo only once per order. If you would like to include a third photo in your pet's artwork, our customer support team can assist you with that for a nominal fee of $10. This fee covers the creation of the new artwork.
Change of plans? No worries! You can cancel your order within 4 hours of hitting that button. After the 4-hour mark, we will carefully consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
It's important to keep in mind that our artists often begin working on your artwork immediately after you place your order. If you request a cancellation of your artwork that is already in progress, a $10 fee will be charged to cover the art costs that have already been incurred.
At Pawsible Portraits, we place great emphasis on your satisfaction with the artwork we create for you. To achieve the best possible result, it is crucial that you carefully review our Photo Guide and submit a high-quality photo that complies with our submission guidelines. This will enable us to deliver an exceptional finished product that meets your expectations. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer solutions for low-quality images that do not meet our requirements. It is your responsibility to provide a clear and high-resolution photo.
Please be aware that using low-quality photos might affect the final artwork's quality. While we do welcome order notes for specific details, we can't assure the fulfillment of all special requests. Our focus is on delivering top-notch results, and we appreciate your understanding. Please note that we don't digitally alter pets' mouths or postures. Nevertheless, we're here to assist with enhancements like red-eye removal and eye color editing. Our aim is to preserve the authenticity of your cherished pet moments captured in each image.
One last thing: those fuzzy pics? They result in fuzzy artwork. Blurry or low-res images won't give you the same wow you see on our site. Our design wizards need a clear canvas to conjure their magic.
