Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is designed to reflect our mission to ensure customer satisfaction, at the same time creating your artwork is a collaborative process between you, our support team, and our artists. After we receive your order, we send you a preview of the artwork within five working days. If you give us the go ahead, we will proceed to print, then ship.

Our estimated lead times after your approval of artwork:
United States - 5 and 12 working days.
Canada - 7 to 12 working days.
European Countries - 7 to 15 working days.

In case you want us to make slight changes, then we will revise the artwork as many times as it takes until you sign off happily prior to printing. Sometimes we may request addition photos from you to be able to capture your pet’s essence well and truly. In such situations, there will be delays in getting your approval, which in turn will delay the time it takes for your portrait to reach you.
